i-tile is 100% recyclable. They can again be recycled back into vinyl flooring.
We guarantee to collect and recycle used i-tiles in quantities above 50m2 in the
greater Johannesburg area, thereby reducing the burden on our environment.
Many floor coverings are uplifted due to wear or because of a refurbishment or a
new tenant is moving in. With the i-tile, the floors can be easily uplifted and
replaced in a new area, re-sold or can be collected by Interlocking Tiles Direct
and re-cycled. Other floor coverings will just end up on land fill sites!
VoC Factor
Since in many applications no adhesive is required. This eliminates the VoC produced
by the glue.
Fire Performance
i-tile is made from flexible PVC and does not support combustion.
